Hoa Phat Group, with the parent company is Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company and the 6 members, was the first private company established just after the implementation of Enterprise Law. Started in August 1992, up to now, Hoa Phat has become a leading group of manufacturing and trading in Vietnam.

In expectation of stable development, founders of Hoa Phat were consistent in policy “Harmony and development”. By this meaning, the name “Hoa Phat” (in Vietnamese, “HOA” stands for “harmony” and “PHAT” stands for “development”) was selected and has become the  trademark of the group.

From the initial function just is to manufacture and distribute types of equipments and machines for construction and mining industry, up to now, Hoa Phat has become a multi-industry manufacturing corporation such as steel, steel pipe, furniture, refrigeration, etc... We has built a manufacturing system with  tens of factories and a network of distributors spreading the whole country in Vienam.

Hoa Phat not only is known as a multi-industry private corporation with  hundreds of million US dollars turnover a year, but also is highly appreciated for incessantly investing on manufacturing, building and developing new lines of product. Over 5000 staff and workers in Hoa Phat Group are together building and consolidating Hoa Phat trademark so that Hoa Phat is more and more prestigious and popular with Vietnamese consumers.
